Print Sizes, Papers, and Prices

Sizes: I really like textures and details, and like looking at my photographic prints close up.  As the tendency is to stand back when viewing larger sized photographs my preference for my own work is for smaller sized prints which encourage close viewing and appreciation.  These preferred sizes range include A3 (the largest and my main size), A4, and the smaller gem-like size of A5.  I also like Gem-like A5 images on larger A3 paper. 

 

Please note that larger sizes are available - you just need to ask.

 

Papers:  My preference is for matte surface papers, and I have three that I regularly use.  One has a Smooth surface, while the other two, Watercolour and Velvet, have gently textured surfaces which retain excellent detail whilst having an appealing look.  The Velvet is a heavier cotton paper whilst the Watercolour is a little lighter in weight but with a stiffer physical consistency.

 

Borders:  Photographs are available with a white or a grey border (except Gem A5 on A3 paper which is only available with a white border).

Presentation:  Prints are supplied in a clear plastic enclosure with a lightweight but rigid backing board.
